He darts and stares vistas too grand
And minute for my eyes.
Some fear his rearing head and
Dragon claws, the flicking tongue
Thirsting life and alien scamper
(Does he bite?)
Will he come for my sleeping toes?
While I smile his awkward
Tail, lashing unto releasing his hunt
For Malaria and spider bites
(How can he catch a disease?)
Will he sojourn here longer?
I open my doors and loose the windows
For four-legged guests in scaly skin.
